Position: Company Accountant
Reporting to: Group Finance Director
Location: Belfast
Package: Competitive Salary £50,000-£60,000 pa, Company Pension Scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, Long Service and Loyalty Incentives
Role Responsibilities:
* Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of management and financial accounts.
* Cash Flow Management: Overseeing cash flow and working capital.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing budgets and financial forecasts.
* Accounting Administration: Managing accounting and administrative functions within the Head Office.
Essential Criteria:
* Professional Qualification: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Industry Experience: Minimum of three years relevant experience.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
* Industry Advantage: Experience in motor or aviation industry preferred.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers.
* Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
