We support people in need throughout Southampton, providing life-changing opportunities to help our communities thrive.As our Partnerships Administration Officer you will provide the administrative support to the Partnerships & Fundraising team while raising funds from corporates, individuals and community sources, to support our vital community work.You will be the key function to ensuring that our partners and donors receive the recognition and fulfilment they need, whilst managing their stewardship through our CRM platform.Your primary responsibility will be supporting the Head of Partnerships and Partnerships Manager with various administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, taking notes and collating information while keeping the CRM system, patron wall and digital content up to date and utilised effectively.You will develop and coordinate administrative processes for the smooth running of the team and to ensure all information is collated and financial targets are hit while working with the finance team to ensure the debtors list is managed effectively and payments made in a timely manner.You will support on the planning, creation and implementation of an annual calendar of high-quality fundraising events while creating an effective process for managing attendee information and all post-event surveys and communication.
