About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Vehicle Service Technician to join our busy Slough workshop. You will be responsible for servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across a wide variety of vehicles. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and wants to grow their career in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine servicing, vehicle maintenance, and mechanical repairs
* Carry out diagnostics and troubleshoot vehicle issues
* Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections and assist with general workshop tasks
* Road-test vehicles to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
* Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and service advisors
About You
* Experienced Vehicle Technician or Service Technician
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, professional, and quality-focused
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a busy workshop
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Enthusiastic about developing skills, including hybrid and EV technologies
