Competitive Earnings: Hourly rate of $30.57 super + uncapped commissions. Plus weekend penalty rates also. Equates to 66k package + commissions annually. Annual earnings can go up to 80K-100K with commission structure and incentives + staff discounts.
Flexible Work Arrangements: Full time permanent ongoing role, rostered between, 8am and 10pm across Monday – Sunday after Mon-Fri 9-5pm training (first 4-6 weeks)

Your Role
Fully onsite opportunity in vibrant Padstow call-centre.
Starting 27th October 2025.
Handle 65-70 inbound calls daily, providing effective solutions to customers.
Book appointments for glass repairs and replacements.
Upsell value-added products to customers.
Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop your sales and customer service skills.

Experience in a sales or customer-focused role (retail, call centre, hospitality, or phone sales experience is a plus!).
