Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in our client's Ambient Warehouse at their busy distribution centre, in Tamworth B77 5PR. This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7. The hours of work available are: - 6am to 2pm - 2pm to 10pm - 10pm to 6am with a 30 min paid break. The rate of pay is: - AM £13.28 per hour - PM £14.11 per hour - Nights £14.67 per hour Overtime is available at this site paid at time and a half. A weekend bonus of £1.15 for Saturday and Sunday! Due to the location, your own transport is essential. Successful applicants will need to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to starting work. Your Time at Work As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have experience in operating a LLOP and may be required to complete the following tasks on a regular basis: - Driving PPT/LLOP/Forklift/Reach/CB - Must be able to pick alcohol products - Must be prepared to work 5 out of every 6 weekends - Use voice-picking equipment - Preparing orders to be sent out to stores - General manual handling and warehouse tasks as required Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Warehouse Operative is a strong communicator who works well individually within a wider team environment. Warehouse Operatives are punctual, reliable, and keen to develop within their role. A Basic level understanding of English is required to comply with Health & Safety protocols. Experience in a similar role is essential.
