As a Senior Digitalisation Project Lead at Bilfinger UK, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing digitalisation initiatives across various aspects of our industrial services. This position requires an understanding of technical project delivery within an industrial environment along with a strong background in digital technologies, and the ability to understand, map and evaluate business processes. The ideal candidate will also have worked within an IT / Technical environment and understand the complexities of implementing and achieving adoption of new technologies. Main Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of digital projects across all Bilfinger UK business units, ensuring timely and successful execution Support with the development and implementation of a business-wide digitalisation strategy to drive digital transformation Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and effectively communicate the value propositions of digital innovations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally to ensure successful implementation of digital projects Work across the business to implement more standardisation of solutions Secondary Responsibilities Enthusiastically present and demonstrate digital solutions to internal stakeholders and customers, showcasing their benefits Provide training and support to internal teams relating to new digital tools and technologies Develop and own digital value propositions that align with business objectives and enhance overall operational efficiency Drive and support the strategic development of individual sites and functions within the business through the implementation of digital innovations Identify opportunities for digital innovation and recommend technologies to enhance operational performance S kills Required: Experience in the delivery of projects focused around business change and the application of new technologies.
