Dentist - Newquay, Cornwall. MBR Dental are currently recruiting for a dental practice located in Newquay, Cornwall to recruit a Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis. Non-profit community based dental group. Available immediately or notice periods taken into consideration. Multi surgery dental practice, newly renovated with state-of-the-art technologies / facilities.

Work as part of a multi-surgery practice with clinical freedom and full admin and nursing support. Provide dental care across a balanced clinical mix including Private, NHS (UDA), and Unscheduled Dental Care where applicable.

Compensation and Career Options
* Employed Roles:
o Competitive base salary from £68,250
o Supplementary bonus scheme with uncapped OTE, with a potential in excess of £120,000
o Based on a balanced clinical mix: Private, NHS (UDA), and Unscheduled Dental Care

o Paid mandatory training, GDC registration and indemnity

* Associate Roles:
o Earning potential in excess of £150,000 (OTE)
o Based on 1,400 UDAs at £14.50, from £3,000 Denplan gross/month (35% split), Unscheduled Care 2 days/week at £23 per patient, and strong private demand
o NHS (UDA): 1,400 UDAs from £14.50 per UDA
o Private: 50% income split
o Denplan: 35% income split (incl. hygienist usage split); approx. £3,000/month gross
o Unscheduled Care: 2 days/week, 16 patients/day at £23 per patient (£35k+/year)
o Balanced clinical mix: Private, NHS (UDA) & Unscheduled Dental Care
o Flexible working hours
o Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support
o Golden Hello of up to £10,000.00

Qualifications
