Asset Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join the in-house Property Team at Barnardo's to manage a portfolio of properties in Central, South West, and Wales. This is a permanent full-time position which is hybrid (with access to regional offices) and requires travel to visit properties and meet with internal stakeholders.

The role involves responsibility for asset management of properties, including acquisitions, rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears, property disposals, and providing professional advice on property matters. You will work closely with internal teams (Retail, Children's Services, Residential) to deliver property solutions aligned with their objectives.
An essential requirement is that the candidate is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a full driving license with access to a vehicle.

Ideal Candidate
* Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
* Background in General Practice Surveying
* Experience managing a commercial property portfolio
* Proven negotiation skills in property transactions
* Experience working in a large, complex, fast-paced, and geographically dispersed environment
* Strategic thinking and advisory skills on property matters
* Understanding of property market trends, challenges, and legislation
* Active engagement in professional development
