We are looking for an experienced manager to promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture at the Trust.
Responsibilities
* Develop, review and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
* Review and conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.
* Identify, develop and maintain a programme of health, safety and wellbeing training for staff and volunteers.
Qualifications
* Qualifications in Health & Safety, solid understanding of H&S legislation and best practice.
* Previous experience in a Health & Safety role.
* Aptitude for coaching staff and volunteers; excellent organisational skills and confident communicator.
