Teaching Personnel are currently working with a secondary school based in Sandbach who are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant starting in September. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to gain further experience within mainstream schools.
About the role:
* Start Date: 1st September
* Ongoing/long-term
This role focuses on providing 1-1 and small group interventions to SEN pupils and those who require additional support with English. You will deliver targeted support, working closely with class teachers and SEN/support staff to implement individualised learning plans. Additionally, you will monitor progress and provide feedback to students and members of SLT.

* English related degree/A-level
* Experience working young people (education setting desirable)
* Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
