An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the RDaSH HR team as an HR Advisor. This role is essential in supporting the HR function by providing comprehensive employment advice and support to the Trust.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering a wide range of employment services as a point of contact within the Trust.
The successful candidate will support managers with advice on disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, bullying and harassment, and performance management, including attending hearings and preparing related documentation.
Additional responsibilities include supporting organisational change processes, developing and delivering in-house training related to the people agenda, participating in job matching and evaluation processes, managing the ‘at risk’ process, and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, staff side representatives, and managers.
The role also involves monitoring fixed-term contracts, supporting the review of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
