They’re now looking for a E-commerce Marketing Manager to join their UK team and play a key role in driving growth across a portfolio of household brands.
The Role
This position will see you take ownership of digital shelf optimisation and content syndication across multiple retailer platforms, helping to strengthen online brand presence and performance. Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise the digital shelf programme and syndication networks, including budget oversight.
* Develop and execute content optimisations aligned to each brand’s identity across multiple channels.
* Collaborate with agency partners to optimise product detail pages (PDPs) and maximise their impact.
* Scale the reach and influence of content and customer reviews through syndication platforms (e.g. BrandBank, BazaarVoice).
* Track and report digital shelf performance using measurement tools such as Profitero.
* Analyse data to extract insights and identify opportunities to improve performance.
* Upskill and support marketing teams to maximise the effectiveness of online listings.
* Continuously improve content creation processes and tools to streamline workflows across teams.
About You
* At least 4 years’ experience in digital shelf or content management, ideally within FMCG.
* A strong understanding of PDP performance drivers such as search rank and conversion rate.
* Hands-on experience managing PDPs across multiple online channels and brands, including Amazon.
* Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively.
If you’re a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on improving performance and wants to make a real impact in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you.
