We're looking for a seasoned change professional to join our Financial Services client, someone to lead a high-performing Portfolio Management Office, someone who brings energy, clarity, and strategic thinking to complex change portfolios.
Responsibilities Include:
* Guide and inspire a team of PMO Analysts, fostering a culture of belonging, high performance, and growth.
* You'll own and uplift the change framework, ensuring governance remains effective yet proportionate.
* Oversee quality assurance for projects and the wider portfolio, leading checkpoint sessions, conducting health checks, and embedding lessons learned.
For this role you should have:
1. Proven experience leading PMO functions across complex programmes, including IT, business, and regulatory change
2. Financial Services experience is essential with a preference for Banking
