We're looking for a Cleaner to join our Stoke and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue team based in Chase Lane School. Location: Chase Lane SchoolHours: 12.5 hours per week (morning or afternoon) We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. As a Cleaner, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the school. Your day to day will include: -Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the school including classrooms, corridors, bathrooms, and communal spaces to a high standard -Vacuuming carpeted areas, mopping hard floors, and dusting surfaces, radiators, and furniture -Emptying waste receptacles, disposing of waste correctly, and replenishing consumables such as hand wash, toilet rolls, and hand towels -Following COSHH guidelines and health and safety procedures, wearing appropriate PPE and adhering to colour-coding rules to prevent cross contamination -Reporting any maintenance issues, pest problems, or safety concerns to your supervisor promptly What are we looking for?
