An excellent opportunity for a hands-on Aftermarket / Technical Support Specialist to join a growing company in the crushing and screening industry. You’ll be the key link between the customer and the service team, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently – either over the phone or through the field team.

The Role:
* First point of contact for technical support
* Diagnose issues over the phone; troubleshoot and resolve remotely where possible
* Delegate field service work to engineers when needed
* Manage and coordinate the service & commissioning schedule
* Oversee warranty registrations and claims
* Organise dealer training programmes
* Support with aftermarket parts sales (this may become a separate role as we grow)
* Liaise with customers, engineers, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly
The Person:
* Strong background in crushing & screening equipment
* Comfortable on the phone, with good communication and computer skills
* Ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure
* Practical and organised with a proactive, get-it-done attitude
* Mechanical or technical background preferred
* Previous experience in service coordination or technical support a strong advantage
