This programme centres on modernising applications using cloud-native AI services and enabling enterprise-scale adoption of advanced AI capabilities.We are seeking an experienced Senior AI / ML Engineer to help deliver production-grade AI solutions across this transformation initiative.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for production environments. The role will focus on Agentic AI solutions, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and cloud-native AI architecture, working closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into productionHands-on experience building Agentic AI solutionsStrong Python development skills with experience using AI/ML frameworksExperience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAIStrong experience building and optimising:RAG pipelinesLLM integrationsAgent-based workflowsExpertise in:Model selection and fine-tuningPrompt engineeringEnterprise system integrationSolid data science fundamentals, including:Data analysisFeature engineeringMachine learningStatisticsDesirable SkillsAdvanced prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuningExperience integrating AI solutions within complex enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of cloud-native AI architecture best practicesTPBN1_UKTJ
