Due to continued growth, we're supporting their search for an experienced Production Planner to join their high-performing team based at a modern facility in West Lancashire.The RoleAs Production Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations-managing short and medium-term production plans in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a business where timing is everything, so your ability to juggle multiple demands, communicate cross-functionally, and react to real-time challenges will be crucial.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain daily and weekly production plans in line with forecast and demand. * Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless execution. * Manage raw material availability and highlight potential shortages. * Monitor production performance and adjust plans to meet KPIs. * Ensure planning data is accurate and up to date in ERP/MRP systems. * Work closely with commercial teams to react to changes in customer demand.What We're Looking For: * Previous experience in a similar planning role within FMCG or food manufacturing * Strong knowledge of planning systems (SAP, Sage, or similar). * Confident communicator who thrives under pressure and enjoys a dynamic working environment. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Why Apply?This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business that's investing heavily in its people and infrastructure.
