HRGO Recruitment seeking a reliable and dedicated School Cleaner to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors. The School Cleaner will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all areas of the school are cleaned to a high standard.
Responsibilities
* Clean classrooms, offices, hallways, and other areas of the school as assigned
* Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
* Empty trash and recycling bins
* Clean and sanitise restrooms
* Dust and wipe down surfaces
* Replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Facilities Manager
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects occasionally
* DBS required (or subject to clearance)
