This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a large, attraction site. Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available). £35,000 - £37,000 + company benefits
Responsibilities
* Tiling
* Carpentry - Door hanging, fire door ppm
* Assembling furniture
* Plumbing
* Drainage & flushing
* Fire alarm/door testing
* Grouting & Plastering
* Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements
* Experience as a building services fabric engineer
* Trades qualifications - C&G or NVQ
