The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lead to join our UK team. This role will be responsible for leading the account management and customer service team for our Womens Health and Aesthetics business in the UK. This individual will be pivotal in shaping the commercial success of the business in the UK Secondary and Private Care markets.
* Leadership of Womens Health and Aesthetics Sales Team: provide direction and guidance to the teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Contribute to the achievement of financial targets and short / medium / long term strategic objectives for the department.
* Ensure alignment between Sales and Procurement teams to optimize commercial opportunities and performance.
* Champion our Quality Culture of on-time and right first time.
Commercial Strategy Development
* Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, clinicians, and key opinion leaders.
* Help to build and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturers to enhance Uniphars market reputation.
* Contribute to the development of strategies to address key product offering and service areas including tenders.
* Drive growth by identifying new product opportunities and enhancing the product portfolio.
* Continuously develop our digital/ecommerce platforms to match and/or exceed competitor capabilities within regulatory constraints.
* Ensure the commercial strategy is aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
Collaboration Across Uniphar Business
* Work closely with colleagues to drive synergies between bespoke distribution and our broader product portfolio.
* Collaborate with Global Sourcing colleagues to leverage market intelligence and enhance competitive positioning.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
* Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant regulatory, legal, and ethical standards across all markets.
* Champion a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across the team.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related sectors.
* Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system and NHS procurement pathways and tender process.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and global colleagues.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
