* Maintenance strategy and execution
* Preventative maintenance planning (PPM)
* Breakdown response and root cause analysis
* Engineering team leadership
* Asset reliability and lifecycle management
* Spare parts and maintenance budget control
* Health & safety compliance within engineering
* Continuous improvement across plant performance
* Contractor and external supplier management
* You own uptime, reliability, and engineering standards.
