Ensure key interdependencies and risks are managed across the broader ED transformation, ensure risks are shared across broader teams and impacts are understood and managed at ED level. Manage dependencies and changes within transformation projects and initiatives, ensuring that modifications are thoroughly documented, analysed for impact, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and developing and implementing mitigations as needed. Providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with transformation timelines and objectivesEstablish robust measures, KPIs, and targets to track benefits and ensure programmes achieve intended results.Facilitate governance forums and reporting to track progress and review performance, benefits realisation, and ensure successful delivery.Partner with Finance and business leaders to develop compelling business cases with clear assumptions and outcomes.Act as a proactive programme leader, challenging delivery teams constructively, driving accountability, and ensuring risks are identified and managed. Bring thought leadership and best practice in transformation management to embed sustainable change.The Ideal CandidateProven track record in delivering enterprise-wide, multi-year business transformation and change including developing transformation roadmaps, defining KPIs and benefits cases, change management, and managing complex programmes. Strong programme and dependency management skills, with experience overseeing enterprise-wide, multi-year initiatives.Demonstrated ability to structure and manage complex projects/programmes across diverse stakeholders and extended teams. Experience in the energy industry, ideally within a complex, regulated business environment.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with critical thinking skills to identify root causes, define drivers, and create actionable plans that deliver results at pace. Excellent communication skills, both written (PowerPoint & Word) and verbal, with the ability to distil insights and recommendations for multiple audiences, including senior leadership. Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with business executives and senior leadersEffective stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of aligning senior executives and individuals across multiple teams to achieve shared goals.Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to identify opportunities, structure work, and deliver independently. Ownership mindset, with a track record of driving programmes to successful outcomes and removing barriers to progress.
