Join Our Specialist Teaching Assistant Team – Flexible Supply Opportunities Available!
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting secondary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Whether you're seeking short-term flexibility or a long-term placement, we would love to hear from you.
We are recruiting dedicated TAs to join our specialist service, supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) across a range of needs, including:
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) such as dyslexia and dyspraxia
* Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
* Sensory Processing Difficulties (SPD) and Executive Functioning challenges
Responsibilities
* Provide support to secondary-aged pupils with SEND, including those with EHCPs, across a range of needs
Qualifications
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant or equivalent
* Interest in SEND and inclusive education
* Willingness to undertake training (e.g., de-escalation techniques, Team Teach, trauma-informed practice)
