Your day-to-day…
* Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
* Work closely with the management team to develop the service, conduct audits, and improve quality.
* Attend all training sessions and engage in CPD to enhance your knowledge and promote nursing standards.
* Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines.
* Administer medicines within healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

An experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number, you’ll have:

* A good understanding of the latest nursing practices.
* A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk.
* Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence.
