Casualty Claims Handler - Hybrid working - Maxim Business Park
Our standard fulltime contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working)
Flexible Shift pattern between 7am- 7pm Monday - Friday
Likes to deal directly with customers on the phone listening and fact finding.
As a handler within our market leading Claims division, you will handle insurance claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss. Through meticulously checking facts and asking questions you will be able to drive your claims forward and make accurate liability decisions.
You will talk and listen calmly to our customers, and in some circumstances brokers and claimant solicitors, knowing just the right questions to ask to obtain relevant information to assist you in processing the claim. Minimum of 5 GCSEs/National 5s at grade A to C (Grades 4 - 9 from 2017) with two of those being in Maths and English.
No previous claims or insurance experience is required as full training will be provided.
Salary is £25,100 to £28,500 depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
