Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position and you will be expected to travel to CGI offices or client sites 2-3 days per week on average.
Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will engage with clients across a range of industries to shape their Microsoft 365 strategy, design innovative solutions, and deliver impactful business outcomes. You’ll combine technical expertise with advisory capability—balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. Working collaboratively within CGI’s expert teams, you’ll influence digital transformation programmes that modernise collaboration, enhance productivity, and drive measurable value.
Your work will span high‑level architecture and solution shaping through to hands‑on implementation, giving you the opportunity to lead, innovate, and contribute to sustainable, client‑focused outcomes. You’ll be encouraged to share ideas, develop best practice approaches, and mentor others to build capability across CGI’s Microsoft ecosystem.
* Shape & Advise: Define M365 strategies and roadmaps aligned to client outcomes and business goals.
* Design & Architect: Create high‑level and detailed solution designs for M365, Copilot and Power Platform implementations.
* Innovate & Deliver: Lead proofs of concept and pilot projects to explore emerging technologies such as M365 Copilot.
* Collaborate & Mentor: Build trusted client relationships, support colleagues, and share expertise across CGI’s digital workplace community.
* Optimise & Evolve: Identify opportunities for continual improvement, efficiency, and automation within client environments.
* Own & Lead: Balance technical excellence with strategic insight, ensuring architecture decisions drive long‑term value.
Required Qualifications
TTo succeed in this role, you’ll bring both deep Microsoft 365 expertise and the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels. You’ll be experienced in designing and implementing enterprise‑scale solutions that leverage the full Microsoft ecosystem, with a proven ability to align technology to business outcomes.
* Strong knowledge across the Microsoft 365 portfolio, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange and Entra ID.
* SME‑level expertise in M365 Copilot and Power Platform.
* Experience architecting and documenting solutions (including HLDs and architectural artefacts).
* Hands‑on experience delivering pilots and proof of concepts for M365 Copilot.
* Experience establishing and supporting sustainable Power Platform governance models (e.g. Centres of Excellence).
* Familiarity with architecture methodologies (Agile, SAFe, TOGAF, RCDA etc.).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
