Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to become part of our growing financial services team. You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day financial operations for a varied client portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and valuable financial insight to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports
2. Manage tax, VAT, and compliance processes in line with regulations
3. Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for clients
4. Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient financial operations and client service
5. Contribute to staff development and stay updated on accounting standards and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
6. Proven experience in accounting or finance with strong knowledge of core principles
7. Skilled in using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
8. Qualified or part-qualified in Accounting/Finance (AAT or degree preferred)
9. Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative with strong communication skills
