The Role:
* Curate and maintain commercial property precedents and practice notes
* Lead training sessions and workshops across the real estate group
* Deliver insights on legislative and case law updates
* Enhance internal systems through AI-powered tools and workflow automation
* Collaborate with fee earners, marketing, bids, and compliance teams
Candidate Requirements:
* 5+ PQE with recent fee earning experience in commercial property
* Deep knowledge and techical expertise in landlord/tenant, asset management, development, and investment matters
* Experience with legal tech, automation, or AI tools
* Excellent drafting and communication skills
* A team player able to mentor and lead knowledge initiatives
