What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll strengthen financial controls, support decision-making, and help us scale effectively as the business grows.
Core Responsibilities
* Carry out daily operational tasks to support the Finance team and wider business.
* Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders across the organisation.
* Maintain accurate financial records and use company systems to update information.
* Follow internal procedures, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and lean working practices across Finance.
Role-Specific Tasks
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
* Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
* Work closely with department heads to track and analyse financial performance.
* Assist with year-end audit, statutory accounts, and regulatory compliance.
* Enhance financial processes to support efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
* Provide insight and analysis to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Strong experience in financial reporting and month-end processes.
* Solid understanding of financial controls and reconciliations.
* Curious, commercially minded, and confident challenging and improving processes.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues.
* Experience in IT, distribution, or reseller environments is beneficial but not essential.
