Job Title: People Onboarding Administrator
Salary: £25,500 per annum (Pro-Rata)
Working Pattern: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week.
Location: Chesterfield, Head Office.

Your Responsibilities
Delivering Great Standards
* Engage with recruiters and vendors to conduct the onboarding process for candidates.
* Manage onboarding pipelines to ensure timely processing and engagement, resolving issues as needed.
* Generate offer letters and new hire paperwork in line with CQC guidelines.
* Track and receive onboarding forms and initiate background screening checks using Access Workspace.
* Coordinate medical and criminal record checks.
* Update relevant systems accurately and promptly.
* Liaise with immigration providers when required.
* Ensure all candidate communications reflect ivolve care and support values.
* Complete additional onboarding tasks for permanent hires as needed.
* Work within set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines.
* Participate in ad hoc projects as requested.
* Handle personal and sensitive information in accordance with GDPR and company guidelines.
