The Role
As a Talent Manager, you will help our clients hire great people.
This is not an internal talent acquisition role for VIRAL.
Instead, you’ll work on behalf of client companies, helping them attract candidates, engage them, and run structured hiring processes.
Many companies struggle to hire because:
* Not enough candidates know their roles exist
* Their job adverts fail to attract attention
* Their hiring processes lose strong candidates
Your role will be to help solve this.
You’ll help build engaged candidate pipelines, screen candidates, and deliver strong shortlists to hiring teams.
In simple terms:
You help companies generate candidates → assess them → and hire great people.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your work will focus on candidate sourcing, engagement, and screening.
Candidate Research
Finding relevant candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn and other talent databases.
Candidate Outreach
Contacting candidates through personalised outreach to introduce opportunities.
Candidate Engagement
Speaking with interested candidates and moving them through the hiring process.
Screening & Interviews
Running structured screening calls and reviewing candidate applications.
Candidate Shortlisting
Presenting well-assessed candidates to client companies.
Pipeline Management
Maintaining organised systems and tracking candidate progress.
You’ll often work across multiple roles and companies, helping them build consistent hiring pipelines.
A Day in the Life
A typical day might include:
* Researching potential candidates for a marketing or PR role
* Reaching out to interesting people on LinkedIn
* Speaking with candidates about opportunities on a short video call
* Reviewing applications and scoring candidates
* Preparing a shortlist for a client company
* Updating the hiring pipeline and planning next outreach
Some days are research-heavy, others involve more conversations — but every day you’re helping companies connect with great people.
