This role supports ~200 employees across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, while also driving the local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) agenda. Key Responsibilities: * Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across multiple regions. * Build strong relationships with leaders, HR colleagues, forums, and external partners. * Lead on HR policies, employment law, employee relations, and benefits. * Manage TUPE processes, redundancies, and organisational change. * Oversee recruitment activity, including advertising, interviews, and assessment centres. * Deliver HR projects including talent, benchmarking, digital transformation, CSR & D&I. * Maintain HRIS, contracts, handbooks, and compliance with UK employment law.
