Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Female Support Workers to join our incredible team in Northampton - DRIVER PREFERRED
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
What we're looking for:
1. A genuine passion for supporting others.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
3. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
5. Part time
6. Fully flexible to cover early shifts / late shifts / weekends & bank holidays
7. Sleep ins - average 1 per week
8. Interviews for this position will be held at our Kettering Office
