As a Chef, you will play a vital role in creating delicious dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Assist daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
* Guide kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment
* Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food preparation methods
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
* Maintain high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
* Excellent team abilities with good communication skills
* A passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu development
* Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
