Hourly Rate: £40.00 – £41.03 per hour inside IR35

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team in Stafford on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our external suppliers deliver materials and services that meet the highest quality standards. You’ll play a critical role in supplier audits, performance monitoring, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier Audits & Assessments: Conduct quality system, process, and product audits to ensure supplier compliance with requirements.
2. Supplier Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate supplier performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
3. Issue Resolution: Work closely with suppliers to implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
