Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the influencer marketing team with day-to-day operations. From scouting and building relationships with creators to coordinating campaigns and tracking results, you’ll be at the heart of amplifying P. Louise’s voice across social media.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves beauty, and wants to grow their career in influencer and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building
* Assist in identifying, researching, and reaching out to influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across platforms such as TikTok.
* Maintain influencer databases and ensure all information is up to date.
* Support with gifting, PR packages, and personalised outreach to keep influencers excited about the brand.
* Campaign Coordination
* Help organise and manage influencer campaigns, from initial briefs to final content delivery.
* Monitor timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and help keep campaigns on track.
* Coordinate the sending of products for collaborations, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
* Content & Reporting
* Track influencer posts, engagement, and performance metrics to measure campaign success.
* Assist in preparing reports and insights to share with the wider marketing team.
* Keep up to date with beauty and social media trends to suggest fresh ideas for campaigns and collaborations.
* Team Support
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Influencer Marketing Manager.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams to align influencer activity with wider brand strategy.
* Represent the P. Louise tone of voice in all influencer communications.
Skills & Experience
* Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and the beauty industry.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Detail-oriented and confident using spreadsheets, databases, and tracking tools.
* Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
* A creative, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
