About the Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team and support our next phase of data-driven growth. Reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes, improving operational efficiency and providing actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across the business. As a key partner to our Sales, Marketing and Product teams, you’ll help shape how we scale by building scalable systems, refining our go-to market engine and ensuring we’re capturing and leveraging our data at every stage of the customer journey.
What you’ll be doing
* Support the execution of go-to market strategies by building and optimising scalable and data-driven processes across the entire customer lifecycle
* Manage and continuously improve our HubSpot CRM system, including workflows, automation, reporting and dashboards to enable stronger pipeline performance
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and our Product team to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
* Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models and pipeline analytics to support strategic planning and drive revenue growth
* Monitor and report on key revenue metrics and KPI’s such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn and conversion rates to help drive predictable and sustainable growth
* Share data with our management team to support decision making
* Visualize data in engaging ways, ensuring clear communication and accuracy

Skills We Need for This Role
* 3-5 years’ experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations role, ideally in an early-stage start-up
* Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (reporting, workflows, dashboard, automation) or similar CRM
* Familiarity with Sales and Marketing analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
