VANRATH are partnering with our client based in Belfast as they seek to appoint a HR Advisor to join their growing HR function team.
You will be expected to develop, implement and promote HR policies and practices in a hands-on operational role, in addition to contributing towards the development of best practice throughout the Company.
What you'll do:
* Advising managers and employees on HR-related matters.
* Assisting in the development and updating of HR policies.
* Conducting job analysis and designing job descriptions.
* Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
* Facilitating new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
* Identifying training needs and designing training programmes.
* Overseeing employee benefits programmes and addressing related enquiries.
* Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection process.
About you:
* CIPD Level 5
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role
* Experience of providing professional HR advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters.
* Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.
