Salary: £45,000 - 52,000 per year Requirements:
* Proven change delivery experience.
* Experience of full transformation life cycles.
* Change management / programme management qualifications desirable.
* Consultancy approach to change.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience within a professional services business would be desirable.
* Experience of running programmes and projects which introduce change to different business functions i.e. IT, Finance, HR etc.
Responsibilities:
* Delivery of change management projects.
* Identifying change adoption strategies and solutions.
* Educate business teams on the benefits of change, encouraging adoption across the business.
* Scoping out the approach and producing plans for stakeholders.
* Production of clear and detailed business cases which capture the change objective.
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
