We are working with a well respected M&E contractor and a turnkey provider who deliver across sectors that are looking for a mechanically biased M&E project manager to deliver a notable upgrade and reburbishment project within a technology campus in Cheshire. They are acting as principal contractor delivering a number of schemes across the campus typically delivering circa £3m-£5m worth of MEP annually.M&E Project Manager Duties– Attend project meetings and produce reports.– Build relationships with clients/contractors as part of the team.– Attend meetings with designers, specialist contractors and internal teams– Review of designs to ensure compliance to specification– Review, assess and select mechanical sub-contractors– Knowledge of market rates and have commercial input to the procurement team.– On site review and management of building services installation to ensure contract compliance.– Ensure health and safety policy is adhered during project duration.Sign off to pay a very attractive salary, with an opportunity to join a leading contractor with a clear and achievable promotion path outlined from the beginning of your tenure.
