Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Commercial Sales Manager (Internal) to lead our internal sales function. The successful candidate will be accountable for end‑to‑end customer experience, driving consistency, satisfaction, and process optimisation across all internal functions. Effective leadership, and strategic vision will be critical in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure team success.
* Promote a collaborative and customer‑focused culture across all internal functions.
* Champion initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and quotations.
* Work cross‑functionally to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Leverage CRM and ERP systems to manage sales pipelines, customer data, and order processing.
* Drive adoption and optimisation of HubSpot (CRM) and IFS (ERP).
* Continuously improve internal processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
Candidate Profile
* Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
* Professional certifications in sales, leadership, or CRM/ERP systems are advantageous.
* Proven experience in internal sales management, ideally within a technical or B2B environment.
* Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
* Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering revenue growth and customer retention.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; HubSpot and IFS experience preferred.
* Strategic Thinker – Able to see the bigger picture and align team efforts with business goals.
