Finance Systems Accountant - Fixed Term Contract
We have a challenging but rewarding and varied role for a Finance Systems Accountant, offering the opportunity to impact our business operations. You will play a key role in upcoming system enhancements.
You will join on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract and gain valuable experience working for a large organization undergoing an exciting turnaround.
Responsibilities
* Maintain the SAP Enterprise structure including Chart of Accounts, Cost / Profit Centre Hierarchy, Financial Statement structure, and Assessment Cycles
* Assist with the system month-end close for SAP ECC & ISU, ensuring resilience within the Finance System team
* Provide technical guidance and training to system users
* Review and implement process improvements, automations, and system enhancements in collaboration with IT teams and suppliers
* Manage system improvement projects as Project Manager/Business Analyst
Qualifications
* Subject matter expert in SAP FICO
* Experience with SAP Project Systems
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills
* Qualified accountant or qualified by experience
Benefits
* Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
* 26 days annual leave, increasing to 30 with service, plus bank holidays
