Job Description
1. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
3. Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
5. Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and construction schedules.
6. Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project updates.
7. Resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth project operations.
8. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
