The Role
As Clinical Director, the successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Practice Director and Regional Director to champion the organisation’s core values and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care. This pivotal role combines hands‑on clinical work with leadership, coaching, and strategic direction.

About the Practices
Each practice is designed to help clinicians thrive, featuring:
* Spacious consulting rooms, large operating theatres, and dedicated dental suites

What’s on Offer
* Salary: Up to £85,000 FTE (dependent on experience)
* Joining Bonus: £6,000
