Role Summary We’re working with a global entertainment group to hire a Creative Producer who will help bring bold, imaginative live and immersive experiences to life. You’ll collaborate with global IP partners and cross-functional teams to design and deliver unforgettable, guest-focused moments. Key Responsibilities * Lead projects from concept through to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and creative quality. * Translate creative ideas into live and immersive experiences, supervising art direction and execution. * Collaborate across internal teams (Creative, Ops, Delivery, Marketing) and with external vendors to align goals and delivery. * Manage third-party suppliers, including fabrication, AV, tech, and live performance partners. * Communicate project progress to senior stakeholders, securing buy-in and alignment. * Contribute to strategic planning – proposing new ideas, embedding learnings, and pushing creative innovation. * Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and operational guidelines. Experience & Qualifications We’re looking for a seasoned event production professional who can bridge creativity and operations. You’ll bring: * A proven track record of delivering high-quality, guest-focused live and immersive events (agency and/or in-house). * Experience with interactive technology, live shows, and themed environments. * Strong understanding of AV and technical production, with the ability to work closely with production teams. * Demonstrated stakeholder management experience (internal teams, vendors, and IP partners). Skills & Competencies * Excellent project management and communication skills, able to juggle multiple complex projects. * Confident in budget management and supplier negotiations. * Strong eye for detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and ability to interpret technical drawings and production docs. * Naturally curious about trends, audiences, and immersive markets. * Hands-on, solutions-focused approach – not afraid to roll up your sleeves. * Collaborative mindset, able to influence and inspire across stakeholders.
