Overview
Molton Brown is a luxury brand and part of Kao’s global cosmetics portfolio. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for luxury to join us as a Sales Consultant in Gatwick Airport. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* As the face of our brand, provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
* Use a personalized selling approach and manage the customer journey from start to finish.
* Deliver sensorial customer experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
* Assist the team with general store-related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate confidence and a positive, can-do attitude. With a high level of personal grooming standards, you will have a passion for luxury and champion our brand values. You must be able to work well in a team, have the drive and motivation to achieve both store and personal KPI’s, and have flexibility in your working arrangements to suit business requirements.
