Job Overview
We are currently looking to appoint Early Years Practitioners/Nursery Assistants to work as part of the team at Culford Nursery. We seek enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable individuals to join our growing team.
Role to begin, week beginning 25th August 2025
1. Role one: 40 hours per week, term time only. Working hours between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday over 4 and a half days. Salary £19,958 per annum. Example shift pattern: 0800-1800, 0800-1800, 0800-1600, 0730-1630, 0800-1300 (including 4 x 30 mins lunch breaks).
2. Role two: 32 hours per week, full year. Working hours Monday to Thursday between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm. Salary £20,966 per annum. Example shift pattern: 0800-1700, 0830-1800, 0830-1600, 0730-1530 (including 4 x 30 mins lunch breaks).

Culford is a boarding and day school for over 850 children aged 1 to 18, set in 480 acres of beautiful Suffolk parkland, with an 18th-century grade II mansion at its centre and three separate schools: the Pre-Prep & Nursery (ages 1 to 7); the Prep (ages 7 to 13); and the Senior School (ages 13 to 18).
