Position: Slots Manager (Permanent, 40 Hours per week, Varied shifts including nights/weekends)
We are looking for an experienced Slots Manager to lead and manage the Slots Department on the 80 Jackpot Slots Floor featuring progressive jackpots up to £20k and an electronic roulette offering. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer experience, achieving financial targets, driving team performance, meeting compliance with company standards, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
* Oversee daily operations of the slots area, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and performance.
* Deliver excellent customer service, proactively handling feedback and resolving customer issues promptly.
* Plan and execute promotional activities to drive engagement and profitability.
* Ensure adherence to safer gambling and licensing objectives.
* Accountable for effective training, development and motivation of the slots team.
* Instill a continuous performance improvement culture throughout the team, empowering them to achieve targets in their respective areas of responsibility.
* Stay knowledgeable of competitors, their products and offers and understand the impact they have on customers.
* Drive the best service experience in the market.

* Solid experience working in a similar role within the gambling industry.
* Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
* Customer-focused, analytical and commercially minded.
* High attention to detail, integrity and resilience under pressure.
Please note that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
