We now have an exciting role for a Customer Sites Co-ordinator to join the friendly team at Balfour Beatty.

In the role of Customer Sites Co-ordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

* Ensure delivery of consistent services to meet the Service Levels and fulfil obligations in the Agreement
* Communicate internally and to Balfour Beatty
* Ensure legislative and Balfour Beatty Policy compliance
* Act as a point of contact for Balfour Beatty Damage and Loss
* Manage Damage and Loss information and Database
* Customer relationship management
* Provide accurate and timely reporting

To succeed as a Customer Sites Co-ordinator, you will bring the following skills and behaviours:

* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably handling inbound order/sales enquiries, successfully completing transactions and satisfying customers
* Experience in developing and utilising product knowledge, eager to understand our product range and the wider Sunbelt business
* Exceptional communication skills, including negotiating and influencing, with the ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external customers
* Ability to use judgment and initiative to make decisions aligned with company policies and pricing structures
* An effective team player with a supportive, collaborative approach
* A flexible and adaptable approach, managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and targets in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy
* A commitment to continuous improvement, proactively suggesting and implementing process and service level enhancements
* Good computer literacy in MS Office and enthusiasm for learning new IT systems
