Learning Support Assistant
Location: Filey
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: February 2026
GSL Education are recruiting a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work within a secondary school in the Filey area. This role involves supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4 who require additional academic and pastoral support.

Responsibilities
* Support pupils in lessons and intervention sessions
* Assist teachers with differentiated learning activities
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
* Support pupils with organisation and task completion
Requirements
* Experience supporting pupils in a school or education setting
* Patient, reliable, and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
